Specifications

1.Heat exchanger, diagram 1 is construction; one end of tube is fixed on tube plate, tube sheet griping put in the middle of shell flange and channel flange, bolting by screw. The other end of tube is fixed on floating head tube sheet, floating tube sheet connect with floating end cover by screw.Forming floating head can freely move inner shell. Because there are no influences and resistance mutually between shell and tube, temperature stress will not come into among tube, shell and tube plate even if two fluids temperature difference is bigger. The floating head heat exchanger is suitable for strong temperature fluctuation and big temperature difference situation; The tube sheet can extract from the shell then with the mechanical method clean tube or replaces the tube bundle. Compare to fixed tube sheet exchanger, floating head exchanger construction is complicated and cost is high.

2.Our factory and products have been verified by the ISO9001:2008 and TUV certificates, gaining design and manufacture licenses of pressure vessels A1( Single ) & A2( third type).We have 10 years designing & manufactueing experience in pressure vessels. Manual welding and automatic submerged arc welding are both applied to reach high welding standard .Whole anealing het treatment assures good performance of the product.
